Forces – Introduction to Forces


The purpose of this lesson is for children to learn that forces are acting upon everything all the time, even when an object does not move. They learn about the different types of forces, how they act on an object and that in diagrams forces are represented by arrows in terms of size and direction.
There are 3 labs in this box: a teacher demibstration and 2 pupil hands on investigations. The box comes with Lesson plan, Whole class teaching PowerPoint, Teacher video tutorial and sufficient equipment for the children to work in pairs or groups.
